On the screen a mesmerizingly beautiful girl in a white sundress with a red ribbon around her waist, stood in front of the potted plants tending to them with mild smile on her face.
The frequency and accuracy that she cut the withering leaves with, proved her agility and familiarity with what she was doing and the fact that she was aware of what she was doing.
Then another clip began playing and the girl was strolling humming a tune softly to herself. Her voice was soft yet beckoning like a siren calling to sailors and luring them to sacrifice their souls.
The clip changed again and the girl was feeding Koi fishes and giggling to herself at their actions. If people thought her smile was awe-worthy they should see her laugh. It was in all meaning of the word, breathtaking.
Every action she did made her look enthralling, like she was a vision to mortal man of angels and heaven. Her dresses fluttered with the waving winds.
The screen turned black and the light of the room were turned on where three men were seated.
One behind the desk and two men in front of him.
"So, what you think?" Yu w.a.n.g asked.
The man beside him looked at the man behind the desk, loosened his tie and said, "Umm... that's going to sound an inconceivable idea but..."
"Just get to the point!" Yu w.a.n.g snapped.
The man straightened his back and stammered, "Sh..she is totally normal. She apparently looks normal. As I have been observing her through cameras for almost three weeks. She is normal in every aspect. Even she should have been able to regain her memories anytime now but..."
Yu w.a.n.g banged his fist on the table and sneered pointing to the screen, and held him by the collar lifting him up from his seat, "That woman, Lei Xinyi is a s.a.d.i.s.tic and inhumane murderer. You are trying to tell me she is this innocent peony who is harmless to the world and a f*cking elemental preacher?!"
The man antics was getting on his nerves. He would end him but he was the best in his field, well second best but the only available option.
He didn't come here to listen to the freak blabbering nonsense. All he wanted was a permit to end that despicable Lei Xinyi. The woman had better ways than Satan to p.i.s.s him off.
The Doctor looked sacred for his life and gulped all the oxygen he could get, "Si...Sir, please try to understand. I have been ob...observing and interacting with the girl for weeks and she shows no sign of fak...faking it....."
Yu Youhan who was seated behind the desk looked at the scene with an uninterested look and said monotonously, "Let the Doctor go."
His one command was all it took to tame the ragging lion back to his den. Yu w.a.n.g threw the Doctor on the chair and sat on his chair and scoffed with an irritated reaction.
Yu Youhan ignored the childish tantrum and turned to the Doctor, "What are you trying to establish here?"
The Doctor looked a little shaken up but conflictedly said, "Si..Sir, Miss Lei life prior to losing her memories is vague bu..but we know she was.... trained on living and dead human bodies about the anatomy since she was close to nine."
"Then when she was by fourteen, she was sent to to-death Martial Arts matches. Then she was raped too and such amount of torment and gore are bound to leave heavy psychological scars...." The Doctor looked at the men in the room nervously gulped.
That was all they knew about Lei Xinyi but there was more to her. She was secretive and protected her secrets like bees protected the Mother-bee in the hive.
The woman was literally twisted in the head. They would have gotten rid of her when they rescued her and discovered her 'issues' but she was too useful to be left to scavengers to feed.
The woman could practically bring out a dead man back and such a woman in their business was worshipped.
"So..." Yu w.a.n.g urged the Doctor impatiently to continue.
"So..." The Doctor squeaked by the bursting pressure. Immediately clearing his throat, he looked at the floor not daring to look at any men present.
"So, some people when they are faced with such... situations they shut their real personalities, build up walls around them as protection and portray themselves as tough and proud. The same case can be for Miss Lei."
Looking at the men expression he quickly added, "She shows no signs of any other disorder and it can also be the reason she is not gaining her memories back. She has that part of her horrible memories locked up in the back of her mind as she doesn't want to face them."
Yu w.a.n.g looked at the man with an incredulous look, "You are saying this Lei Xinyi is the real Lei Xinyi while the previous Lei Xinyi was a façade?!"
The Doctor looked ready to p.i.s.s his pants and nodded his head abruptly.
Yu w.a.n.g shook his head in disbelief at the latest events that were unfolding and turned to Yu Youhan, and asked, "Brother?"
Yu Youhan, who was drumming his fingers on the Mahogany desk stopped the movement and turned to him, "Only one way to find out."

Lu Xinyi opened her eyes to a dimly lit dungeon type room with stony walls. Her head was pounding with a splitting headache that it was even hard to open her eyes.
Lu Xinyi frantically took in her surroundings. It was definitely a dungeon. That was all it took for all the haze to clear.
Fear gripped her very soul and her heart started thumping loudly in her chest. She tried struggling but couldn't move a muscle.
Looking down she realized she was bound to a chair by ropes when she clearly remembers falling asleep in the bed.
Her breathing became labored and her eyes became misty, she was hardly able to register when a man was two step away from her.
Lu Xinyi head snapped in the man direction as she looked at the devilishly handsome creature that had out-of-this-world looks.
"Lei Xinyi, remember me and this place?"
