Shrugging her shoulder she then said in an almost a nonchalant voice, "But of course the final decision is going to be yours and of course let me tell you, being blunt, if you are looking for a virgin prince charming, they are out of stock."
Saying her mind Madam Lu continued eating as if she didn't know the storm she brewed. Master Lu sighed with a hint of smile 'Even after decades the woman hadn't changed an inch.'
Turning again to Lei Xinyi He cleared his throat, "Lu Xinyi your mother has gotten a point there and even all things aside. This marriage was promised by your deceased Grandfather so it is significant for us to do as much as we can to save it. I will not force you, I tried and I almost lost you. Give it a try it is all I ask."
Listening to all their caring tones and different way of caring she first time in her life missed having a family and maybe the only reason she didn't before was because she never knew what a family felt like.
Lu Xinyi although had a family that is dysfunctional in some ways but even she had one.
Taking a deep breath to calm herself Lei Xinyi nodded her head but being too overwhelmed a stray tear escaped her eye, after a long time she experienced an emotion too real.
Lu Sheng who was beside her noticed it first and gave her a side hug which wasn't as awkward as it should have been, then said in a coy voice, "Oh My! My Baby sister is crying…tsk..tsk . The b.a.s.t.a.r.d who made her cry is definitely in trouble now."
Lu Han was also beside her rubbing her back as Madam Lu looked at her with a questioning gaze and Master Lu looked at her with a complex look and pressed lips.
Hitting his chest lightly she said with a smile through her tears in a spluttering tone, "No b.a.s.t.a.r.d is dying...….. I just got overwhelmed with emotion and for the record I am elder than you."
Pa.s.sing a bitter smile, she pulled away to go to her room.
These emotions were not good they would hinder her plans and just as this was not her family, this love they were giving wasn't hers too.
With a heavy sigh she returned back to find comfort in her solitude….
In the afternoon her wardrobe was getting upgraded with new season dresses and office attires.
All through the process she lay on her stomach scrolling through social media while Madam Lu did all the choosing for her.

He had too many flings too I would lie if I say I didn't feel insulted and I loved him but I was late to realize it, that late that one day he came with a new born in his arms."
Gripping her shoulders, she almost spat, "Don't mind it but your biological mother was nothing but one of his wh.o.r.es…. Just he didn't get over her because he didn't dump and she dumped him but even her addiction didn't stop him from sleeping around. I never met her but I heard she seduced him and she was wild in bed probably a s.l.u.t…..
Lei Xinyi cut off her rant by tapping her hand, "You do realize you are insulting my dead mother, right?"
