Yun Qianqian looked at the other Heads of departments and vigorously shook her head. It will be an ultimate disrespect to her. The news will spread like wild fire and people will make a joke out of her.
Looking at her frenzied appearance people started murmuring among them louder enough to cause a commotion.
Seeing all the insults thrown her way Yun Qianqian started shaking from anger. There was no way she was ever kowtowing to a sl*t who warms their CEO's bed.
She was a respectable woman from a well off family. Glaring hard at Lei Xinyi, Yun Qianqian spat, "You are unbelievable! You really think I will kowtow to a mere peasant like you with no status and caliber?! You must be dreaming!"
The whole conference room erupted by people snorting, scoffing and horrendous comments..
Turning his head Li Yaun sat tilting his seat at the Head of table and raised a hand.
In an abrupt moment, seeing their CEO's command the whole conference room was brought to a deafening silence. It was like the emperor's decree, as a dominating aura radiated off him in waves.
His face was expressionless but was enough to draw dread in every ones heart. Everyone watched with antic.i.p.ated.
The man hardly showed any emotion. He would either smirk or raise a brow: always amused as if he was taking an entertainment out of others miseries to aid boredom.
Lei Xinyi saw the whole conference room in a silence that could only be competed with a graveyard and a chilly shiver pa.s.sed her spine. She could literally feel the sweat trickling on her back.
In that moment she realized the kind of man she was messing with. The whole conference room that was filled with a chaos like doomsday and now was basked in silence.
Lei Xinyi felt the confident she had in her body leaving her in waves. She felt claustrophobic to the point she wanted to escape.
The man commanded the room by his mere presence.
As her eyes observed the employees around, she realized from their frozen shivering state that all these people were like clowns entertaining their Emperor by making a commotion.
In amidst all the heartfelt silent cries Li Yuan sat there unaffected, "Ms. Yun, when are you starting kowtowing?" Li Yuan ignored her comment and asked with an expressionless face in his magnetic voice.
Although he said it in a nonchalant manner but the underlying warning wasn't missed by anyone here.
He didn't know why but he particularly didn't like the girl calling his Raven names. Although Lei Xinyi was hiding her emotions behind the veil of anger and arrogance, he could tell by a glance her words affected her.

Yum Qianqian lips wobbled and her eyes filled with tears, "I..I can't CEO Li, I…."

Before Yun Qianqina could look for an adequate reasoning Li Yuan spoke, "Ms. Yun, proceed. I am sure the Yun family wouldn't like knowing you had delayed the due commitment."
Li Yuan said it with a devil-may-care att.i.tude but anybody could see the underlying threat.
She knew him since her early childhood and knew that if she didn't get the punishment now later he will make her pay ten times worst.

Thinking of the consequences Yun Qianiqian cursed Jiang Qinqin for putting her in this position. With 'THUD' went on her knees in front Lei Xinyi.
Yun Qianqian didn't care about the physical pain that was brought to her because no amount of pain could compare to agony her internal turmoil was bringing her.

Watching the prideful girl silently wailing and kowtowing in front of her Lei Xinyi didn't feel proficient or something along the line.
